CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost. • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all first-time clients, larger services or if it’s been awhile since your last visit. The amount goes toward your total service cost. If you need to cancel, the deposit won’t be refunded, but you’re welcome to rebook anytime-just note that a new deposit will be required. • If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation fee will still apply. • Clients who cancel or reschedule more than twice within a one-month period will be required to pay the non-refundable deposit for their next booking. • Failure to pay any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees will result in a ban from online booking. • If your total estimated appointment time exceeds 2 hours and the cancellation is made within 72 hours of the appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost. • All clients are required to complete a waiver & any necessary forms before each appointment. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
